Liven Up is a combination of Licorice root, Yerba Maté, Spearmint and Star Anise hand blended to produce a perfect marriage of sweet energy; this blend can be rebrewed several times if desired. Licorice Root from which a slightly sweetened flavour can be obtained. Liquorice Root found in Liven Up tea may be useful as anti-diabetic, anti-inflammatory and expectorant. Yerba mate was first used and farmed by the Guaraní people and in some Tupí societies in the southern areas of Brazil prior to Europeans arriving. It adds a natural stimulant effect to Liven Up tea.
