Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon Butter (unsalted)
- 4 cm Ginger (Fresh) (minced)
- 3 cups Blueberries (fresh or frozen)
- 2 Blood oranges (juice of blood oranges or 1 large orange)
- 1 tablespoon rice malt syrup
- 1 Orange
- 1 pinch Nutmeg (ground) (to serve optional)
- 1 pinch Cinnamon ground (to serve optional)
Instructions
- Heat the butter in a skillet over a medium heat and saute the ginger for 2-3 minutes

heat the butter in a skillet over a medium heat and saute` the ginger for 2-3 minutes. add the berries , juice ,zest and rice malt syrup and saute` for 5 minutes. serve in small bowls or teacups with a swirl of cream and sprinkle of nutmeg or cinnamon, if you like. eat with a spoon.
