Ingredients
- 250 ml Milk (Or dairy alternative such as coconut milk)
- 1 tablespoon Raw cacao whey protein isolate
- 1 tablespoon Peanut butter
- 1 handfull spinach (to add vitamins (don’t worry, the smoothie won’t turn green and your kids will never know!))
- 150 grams Banana (frozen)
- Chia seeds
Instructions
- Simply place all the ingredients, except the chia seeds, in a blender and combine until smooth. Add the seeds for garnish. Super easy, super quick and super nutritious!
