  1. In a small frying pan, heat the pork, add in a little stock or water if required
  2. Spread one side of the bread roll with mayonnaise
  3. line with sliced the sliced cucumber and thin carrot batons
  4. Fill each roll with a quarter of the pulled pork, top shallots and coriander and lime juice
  5. Serve immediately
