This curry is so quick and easy to make yet tastes delicious. It’s sure to be a hit with all the family.
Ingredients
- 2 can Coconut milk (400g Cans)
- 2 tablespoons Curry paste (red Thai curry paste)
- 1 tablespoon Fish sauce
- 1 Chilli (red) (fresh and finely chopped)
- 24 Shrimps (large) (peeled and deveined)
Instructions
- Combine the coconut milk, curry paste, fish sauce and chopped chilli pepper in a wok. Bring the ingredients to a simmer slowly over medium heat, stirring frequently.
- Reduce the heat to low and add the shrimps. Cook uncovered and stir frequently until they are pink and cooked through (around 10 minutes).
