Prawn Red Thai Curry

  1. Combine the coconut milk, curry paste, fish sauce and chopped chilli pepper in a wok. Bring the ingredients to a simmer slowly over medium heat, stirring frequently.
  2. Reduce the heat to low and add the shrimps. Cook uncovered and stir frequently until they are pink and cooked through (around 10 minutes).
