There’s nothing not to love about this recipe. It requires hardly any preparation, and the chicken will cook itself to perfection without you having to do any of the hard work. The result is perfectly roasted drumsticks coated with a sticky and delicious dressing.
Ingredients
- 12 Chicken drumsticks
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1 ½ tablespoons Honey
- 2 tablespoons Garlic paste
- 1 tablespoon Cornflour
Instructions
- Put all the ingredients except the chicken drumsticks into a bowl and combine.
- Place the chicken drumsticks on a roasting tray lined with foil and pour the sauce over.
- Cook at 180°C for 50 minutes. When the drumsticks are ready, the sauce will be caramelised while the chicken will be juicy and tender.
Notes
After finishing eating this scrumptious dish, don’t though out the bones. Boil them up to create a small chicken stock/broth.
