Ingredients
- 800 grams Sweet Potato (chopped into even chunks)
- 60 grams Butter (diced)
- Sea salt
- 1/4 cup full fat milk
- Chives (finely diced)
Instructions
- Place sweet potato in the slow cooker insert. Cover and cook on low for six hours or high three hours. It should be soft when pierced with a knife
- Add butter, seasoning and milk. Using a blender stick or mash, mix ingredients until smooth. sprinkle with chives before serving
